Breakfast at your hotel in Petra. After breakfast full day visit of PETRA, the capital of the ancient Nabatean kingdom. The long-lost city of Petra, carved entirely by man into the rose-red sandstone rocks, puts your imagination to the test. It is a mystic and glorious place, an eternal tribute to a lost civilization. Petra was the central meeting point of the Nabatean spice routes. They are originated from the Persian Gulf, western Arabia and the Red Sea. About two thousand years ago Petra became the capital of the Nabatean Empire. The city was so renowned, that one of its kings, Aretas IV, is even mentioned in the Bible. The natural richness of the mountainous area combines in a superb way with the refined culture and massive houses and roads entirely into the rose-red sandstone rocks. No wonder, that the UNESCO placed Petra on its World Heritage List. Then head to Wadi Rum for overnight. 

After breakfast, enjoy martian desert of Wadi Rum. ‘Vast, echoing and Godlike’, that’s how Lawrence of Arabia described the uniquely shaped massive mountains rise out of the rose-red desert sand. You will explore this old desert in a 4 hours jeep tour. Then Head To Dead Sea for overnight. 

After breakfast transfer to visit MADABA, also called the city of mosaics, famous for the unique mosaic map of the Holy Land, which can be found in Saint George’s church floor. After breakfast transfer to MOUNT NEBO, the place where it is believed, that Moses died as he viewed the Holy Land. On a clear day there is a magnificent panoramic view over the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley with the towers of Jerusalem visible on the skyline. Back to Amman for overnight.

After breakfast, head to visit Um Qais the old Gadara, a Greco-Roman city, situated on 29km in the north of Irbid, was like Jerash, a member of the Decapolis, this confederation which linked the Hellenized cities in the Semitic countries. The old texts describe it “the Attic of the Assyrian land”. This green area of philosophers and artists conserve till now a part of its monuments and will offer the visitors in a biblical view, a panorama on the Tiberius lack after visit head back to Amman

After breakfast, transfer for the City Tour (AMMAN), where you will visit the Citadel, Roman Theater and the Museum, then transfer for the visit of JARASH, the Pompeii of the East.
